Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Operations, Finance or related field AND 2+ years work experience in program management, process management, process improvement
- OR equivalent experience.
Other Requirements:
Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings: Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.

- Self-starter with business acumen and the ability to effectively manage competing priorities
- Analytical and complex problem-solving skills - ability to think strategically and act operationally
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively within multiple levels of an organization
- Comfortable working with ambiguity and adept at using data to influence decision making
- Demonstrated influencing skills, with proven ability to handle multiple stakeholders and work streams across various levels of the organization, and prioritize as needed, including pushing back
- Experience with building and managing process flows, conducting training as needed.
- Demonstrate a Growth Mindset
- Experience in a multinational organization is a plus
