As a PACS Application Consultant, you will serve in a consultative role with the customer throughout solution delivery &our PACS solutions to provide for a smooth, effective and successfulimplementation.
Your role:
- Conducts workflow analysis and consults on workflow changes that need to occur with the implementation of new functionality orsolutions
- Analyzes the customer’s existing workflow and facilitates proper change management in the clinical or operational environment, ensures proper testing of the system and establishes a comprehensive training plan to provide for a smooth transition of the solution to the customer
- Delivers clinical consulting services which may or may not be in combination with the implementation of a Philips solution
- Coaches and educates customers in the use of multiplesolutions for complexsituations
- Guides the customer in the testing of workarounds, clinical integration and new functionality of Philipssolutions
- Configures or manages the configuration of Philips solutions to accommodate PACS application and/or operational workflow in the customer’senvironment
- Attends seminars and training sessions necessary to maintain appropriate level of professional competence and/orlicensure
- Identify application issues, investigate and resolve issues or identify potential defects, document and submit those according to standardprocesses
- Active member of the application, education & Application communities and proactively shares knowledge, experience and lessons learned
- Files required reports and consistently complies with all required Philipsprocesses
You're the right fit if:
- 5+ years of PACS implementationexperience required
- AART/ASRT certifications highly-desired
- Strong knowledge of various hospital workflows
- Strong consultative personality and training background
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience of working in a production environment against prescribed Standard operatingprocedures.
- Capacity to travel extensively.

The pay range for this position is $80,500 to $138,000
