Honeywell is hiring a to sit in Plymouth, MN OR Olathe, KS. As a Sr. Field Service Manager, you will lead the HoneywellBuilding Services organization. You will apply your leadershipskills to improve team performance. You will ensure engagement in newopportunities for market penetration, team deployment, and sales growth. Youwill liaise with multiple factions to help prevent and resolve customerproblems and explore additional revenue-generating opportunities. You will drive ServicesBusiness in your region toward Digital Transformation, aiming to deploy newdigital technology to serve customers, as well as transform the business to bemore outcome based model. You will drive and improve metric reportingprocedures and own financial metrics, targets and budgets. You will leadquick and effective closure of any improvement opportunities. You will defineteam expectations and communicate those to stakeholder. You will act as mentorto train and develop future managers.

• Bachelor's degree
• 7+ years of experience, or advanced professional certification with significant experience in the field of Building
