Objective & Purpose

The Value Experience Group at SAP Concur is a driving force behind our value culture both internally and externally. A Value Experience Delivery Consultant is an expert in the field, positioned to assist both the internal and customer community with a focus on producing a value strategy rooted in programmatic and platform applications that align with our customer’s the key strategic initiatives. A consultant also remains competitively aware of other solutions in the marketplace and can position our products and services as critical components to help customers maintain achieve long term, business focused goals.

What you’ll do

.

  • Engage with internal and external customers using data and desired outcomes to produce roadmaps which are designed to achieve desired outcomes from both a program and platform perspective

  • Create and deliver the roadmaps in a timely manner to both internal and external customers

  • Conduct data analysis and business outcome messaging in support of SAP Concur’s Go to Market (GTM) Value strategy

  • Consume and apply our Value Pillars framework (an internal program supporting GTM strategy) to identify and develop industry- and process-specific performance indicators and benchmarks

  • Develop effective methods to engage and support cross functional account teams

  • Interact with counterparts across all lines of business at SAP in other internal value-based programs

  • Foster a constant learning and collaborative mindset, evaluating current experiences and translating it into actionable insights and potential methodology application to enhance team success

  • Develop abilities as a Thought Leader and expert, bringing real life application and business/process acumen across multiple delivery channels including podcasts, webinars, conferences, blogs, and white papers

Required Skills

  • 2+ years’ experience in best practices, processes, and trends related to payables automation and finance

  • Interest in data-driven storytelling and consultative customer communications

  • Ability to interact professionally and effectively on a variety of topics

  • Experience in developing presentations for both targeted C-suite/decisionmakers meetings and conference audiences including the creation of supporting assets.

  • Confidence & ability to articulate transformational business concepts in a variety of audience settings

  • SAP Concur Product knowledge

The ideal candidate is an active listener who can capture business process information through conversation with multiple stake holders. The candidate has a teamwork mindset, is a self-starter adept in time management and organization, and has experience in complex problem solving within business. Natural curiosity about how things work and ability to influence and coach is a plus. This position is a remote role based in the USA.

: SAP believes the value of pay transparency contributes towards an honest and supportive culture and is a significant step toward demonstrating SAP’s commitment to pay equity. SAP provides the annualized compensation range inclusive of base salary and variable incentive target for the career level applicable to the posted role. The targeted combined range for this position is 88,100 - 197,900 USD. The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidate will be within that range, dependent upon the key aspects of each case which may include education, skills, experience, scope of the role, location, etc. as determined through the selection process. Any SAP variable incentive includes a targeted dollar amount and any actual payout amount is dependent on company and personal performance.
