Required Qualifications:

• Master's Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science or related field
  • OR 5+ years experience in software development lifecycle, large-scale computing, modeling, cybersecurity, and/or anomaly detection.
• 3+ years experience working as part of a cyber threat intelligence team, preferably focused on email-based threats.
• 3+ years experience building innovative intelligence collection tools from the ground up.

Other Requirements

• Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include, but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings:
  • Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.

• 6+ years experience in software development lifecycle, large-scale computing, modeling, cybersecurity, and/or anomaly detection
  • OR Doctorate in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science or related field
• Good knowledge in at least one query language such as KQL or SQL.
• Independent drive to tackle hard problems

• Drive the development of innovative new intelligence collection tools that helps the team better understand the full cycle of email-based threats.
• Monitor, track, and document indicators and campaigns related to the latest adversaries and attacker techniques used in email and messaging based attacks.
• Provide support for our product effectiveness for a broad range of email threats, including phishing, BEC, and malware.
• Develop collaborative working relationships with Data Science, Engineering, Program Management partners across multiple teams, and partner to execute, evolve, and champion the strategic vision for how we develop intel curation and facilitate the sharing of intelligence insights with customers and partners.
