Required/Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree AND extensive experiencein engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development

• OR equivalent experience.

Additional/Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent skills, and/or practical experience

• Extensive experience in a software development, technical program management, or a similar role delivering platform or service features

• Experience with driving compliance areas in a software development setting

• Experience reading and/or writing/creating documentation/specifications/project artifacts

• Experience in software development or dev-ops

to pass the Microsoft Cloud Background Check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.

• identifyand deliver against program Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) by coordinating the team’s strategy and tactics.

• Partner with stakeholders and contributors to define the plan for each release and collaborate closely with engineering teams to deliver per plan.

• with the internal Rust community and strategic Microsoft teams to manage a tight feedback loop to strengthen Rust tooling and drive these requirements across engineering teams to deliver on these goals.

• Work with all major fundamental areas including security, reliability, compatibility, inter-operability, accessibility, privacy, globalization/localization, and more.

• Expands end-to-end technicalexpertisein the architecture, code, features,operationsand comprehensive use/scenariosof productsin order todrive continuous improvementsand reduce overall developer toil.

• expertiseto manage dependencies across multiple work streamsandidentifypotential risk areasand optimizationsthrough data-driven approaches.

• Shares and defines insights, best practices, and standards that can be applied to improve system, platform, and/or product development and operations across the business.
