Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
10 years of experience as a technical field engineer in a cloud computing environment or in a similar customer-facing role.
10 years of experience in a people manager role, with experience in strategy development, leadership engagement, and team development.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience as a customer-facing field engineer.
Experience in data and information management as it relates to big data trends and issues within businesses.
Experience using or managing databases.
Knowledge of Big Data, Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS), Software-as-a-Service (SaaS), Infrastructure-as-a-Service (IaaS), public cloud, and related industry and technical concepts.
Ability to craft a compelling message and tailor it for a given audience.
