As Control Systems Engineer you will play a key role for

• Design, test, and install electrical control panels in industrial or manufacturing settings.
• Program and configure PLCs, HMIs, drives servos, SCADA systems
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of control systems.
• Manage technical projects related to industrial automation and other type of project.
• Manage cost estimation, problem solving, stakeholder, commissioning and startup of control systems and project scope definition,

Your Skills and Expertise

qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in ElectricalEngineering, MechanicalEngineering, Technology, or a related field of study.
• Minimum of 5 years ofexperience programmingindustrial control systems.
• Proven expertise in PLC programming (Rockwell), HMI development, and SCADA systems.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience of electrical installations.
• Familiarity with robots
• Experience in Rockwell Studio 5000

• May include up to 30% international, primarily to 3M manufacturing locations

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

• Experience with web handling and lamination (tapes, fibers etc).
• Experience in tension control
• Experience in pneumatic and hydraulic
• Experience in vision systems
• Experience of failure mode analysis
• Familiarity with a variety of industrial controls and applications.
