Responsibilities
- Design, build, and integrate AI-powered tools that solve real internal needs.
- Use LLM APIs (like OpenAI) to create solutions for code generation, testing, documentation, and more.
- Understand internal pain points and translate them into scalable AI solutions.
- Own projects end-to-end – from idea to working solution.
- Conduct prompt engineering, experiment with fine-tuning, and evaluate different AI models.
Requirements
- 3+ years experience with software development (preferably in NodeJS).
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering.
- Experience with integrating AI solutions in data pipelines, and production-level systems.
- Hands-on experience working with LLMs (e.g., GPT-4, Claude, or open-source models).
- Strong understanding of prompt engineering, embeddings, and basic model tuning.
- Ability to translate abstract problems into practical AI tools.
- Curiosity and a hacker mindset – you like to build, try, break, and improve.
