The Associate Product Analyst is an entry level position responsible for assisting in the development of product plans, strategies and tactics in coordination with the Product Management team.The overall objective of this role is to coordinate the promotion of products to develop new markets, increase share of market and obtain competitive position.Responsibilities:

  • Help to develop product requirements and conduct market readiness evaluations during testing phases to ensure product quality and performance goals are met
  • Participate in cross-functional teams designed to resolve business issues related to technology projects with significant business impact
  • Participate in technology projects for small product enhancements and minor customizations
  • Serve as point of contact on product customization projects and influence decisions through advice, counsel, and/or facilitating services to others in area of specialization
  • Document new products and/or changes to existing products, ensure smooth business implementation during launch process, and prioritize and validate potentially dynamic material from multiple sources
  • Assist in overseeing product life cycle including market demands, technology trends, and competitive field
  • Apply knowledge across product marketing and contribute to the development of new techniques and improvement of processes and workflow for the product marketing function
  • Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.

Qualifications:

  • Relevant experience preferred
  • Working knowledge of different systems, theories, and practices relevant to a function
  • Practical experience of multiple business cycles
  • Knowledge of industry and competitor products/services
  • Working knowledge of strategic direction of the function within the business as well as a solid conceptual/practical grounding in function and/or area of expertise
  • Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication
  • Demonstrated project management skills

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience

Supervisar, monitorear y/o verificar la ejecución de procesos operativos y contables por parte del personal a su cargo .
Validar procesos operativos, verificar la correcta conciliación de cifras contables y/o operativas, extracción de reportes y bases de datos para su análisis.

Supervisión de la elaboración de reportes regulatorios y/o operativos, así como asegurar que la ejecución de controles de cada proceso bajo su responsabilidad, hayan sido efectivos para la mitigación de riesgos operativos.
Interacción y negociación con las diferentes gerencias de producto que aplique.

Supervisión y ejecución de actividades de los procesos operativos a su cargo en tiempos definidos bajo convenio de servicio.


Asegurar la mitigación de Riesgos en procesos contables y/o operativos
Identificación y reportar desviaciones y riesgos.
Definir propuestas de mejora para los procesos y riesgos operativos
Implementación y seguimiento a planes de remediación según aplique.

Generación de reportes a solicitud de auditoría y gerencias de Producto.
Asegurar la correcta documentación de procesos (mantenimiento a las diferentes Instrucciones de Trabajo)y aplicación / generación de controles con apego a regulación, políticas institucionales y estrategias vigentes, asi como a los SLMD´s que correspondan al área.

2 años de experiencia en ramo contable, administrativo, operativo, financiero

Habilidades de redacción / Conocimientos contables deseables /análisis.
Habilidades de mando y manejo de personal.

Paquetería office:
Excel intermedio, manejo de fórmulas, tablas dinámicas
Access intermedio, exportación e importación de bases, cruces y filtros.
Manejo de Outlook, envío de correos y administrar carpetas de acuerdo prioridades
