Qualifications
- Strong Technical Program Management leadership experience, including 10+ years of planning and leading medium-large sized programs or multiple smaller programs.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or other quantitative field, or equivalent work experience; Master’s degree preferred
- 6+ years of experience driving software technology-based programs and organizational change; strong proficiency in SDLC, especially Agile, required.
- Proven ability to build and lead integrated teams from various internal and external organizations across multiple locations.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and proven ability to work effectively with all organizational levels.
- Strong analytical skills with proven creative problem-solving and decision-making
- Critical soft skills: collaborating, coaching, mentoring, influencing, emotional
- Ability to innovate under new and/or changing
