Strong Technical Program Management leadership experience, including 10+ years of planning and leading medium-large sized programs or multiple smaller programs.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or other quantitative field, or equivalent work experience; Master’s degree preferred
6+ years of experience driving software technology-based programs and organizational change; strong proficiency in SDLC, especially Agile, required.
Proven ability to build and lead integrated teams from various internal and external organizations across multiple locations.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and proven ability to work effectively with all organizational levels.
