Proactive Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams across APAC to align on strategy, share insights, and ensure a consistent and high-quality customer experience.
Customer Communication: Lead discussions with clients to explore opportunities, clarify requirements, and guide them through the decision-making process.
Continuous Learning: Stay up to date with emerging technologies and solutions, and proactively seek opportunities to expand your knowledge and apply new insights to customer engagements.
Strategic Input: Support proposal reviews, contribute to deployment strategies, and provide input on delivery cost estimates to help stakeholders make informed trade-offs between business goals and technical feasibility.
Education and Experience Requirements:
A BS or preferably a MS degree in a technical discipline and minimum three years industry experience in telecommunications / contact center technology.

A strong solution background and expertise in areas such as telephony, network infrastructure, cybersecurity, IT operations, with a strong emphasis on cloud technology, AI and ML. You should be familiar with a wide range of technologies and have a deep understanding of communication systems.

Setting the strategic direction for the sales expansion in the organization. You should work with the Country President, sales executives, other pre-sales peers, marketing, consultants and professional services engineers to plan and execute on the strategic plans.
Effective communication and collaboration skills are important for Pre-sales Consultant. They should be able to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and build positive relationships with internal and external partners.
Need to be skilled problem solvers and rapid decision-making.
Strong English skills are highly desirable as you need to communicate closely with APAC sales and pre-sales organization members, product houses outside of Japan, almost daily in English.
You need to support to translate presentations done in English by APAC people to Japanese audiences.
