As a Principal Product Manager, you will work across customer experience program managers, engineering, and development teams to deliver rich and secure technology experiences.


  • Bachelor's Degree AND 8+ years experience in product/service/project/program management or software development
    • OR equivalent experience.
  • 4+ years people management experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Interest in contributing to a diverse and inclusive team; demonstrated ability to have fun
  • Stellar ability to communicate ideas effectively across a mix of stakeholders (executives to engineering teams)
  • Ability to easily transition from high-level strategic thinking to user-focused and detailed execution and development
  • Demonstrated ability to orchestrate, influence and collaborate with virtual teams to pursue opportunities and lead v-teams through influence
  • Knowledge of Azure Platform and being able to articulate at minimum 100-level, including Azure solutions and value prop
  • Experience with agile delivery, kanban, and AzureDevOps a plus
  • Data driven decision making skills. Firm understanding of business concepts
  • Proficient technical skills with a track record of successfully designing and delivering solutions
  • Self-motivated, systems thinker with an engineering mindset
  • Results driven and adaptable; thrives in a fast-paced environment

  • This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud Background Check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the overarching solution strategy for CXP PMO programs, including defining roadmaps and managing platforms used for customer engagement and feedback
  • Proactively seeks new knowledge and adapts to new trends, technical solutions, and patterns that will improve the security, quality, and performance of products while also driving consistency at scale.
  • Enable business agility through a deep understanding of the user journey, solution incubation, and partnership with engineering teams to inform and accelerate product development
  • Apply sound judgment and programmatic rigor to drive alignment and determine the right, scalable solutions to support strategic CXP programs and customers.
  • Publish insights for the organization to understand business health, make decisions, and optimize time/resources
  • Drive rhythm of business and semester planning cadences with executive communication across internal stakeholders or other similar type motions
