- Bachelor's Degree AND 8+ years experience in product/service/project/program management or software development
- OR equivalent experience.
- 4+ years people management experience.

- Stellar ability to communicate ideas effectively across a mix of stakeholders (executives to engineering teams)
- Ability to easily transition from high-level strategic thinking to user-focused and detailed execution and development
- Demonstrated ability to orchestrate, influence and collaborate with virtual teams to pursue opportunities and lead v-teams through influence
- Knowledge of Azure Platform and being able to articulate at minimum 100-level, including Azure solutions and value prop
- Experience with agile delivery, kanban, and AzureDevOps a plus
- Data driven decision making skills. Firm understanding of business concepts
- Proficient technical skills with a track record of successfully designing and delivering solutions
- Self-motivated, systems thinker with an engineering mindset
- Results driven and adaptable; thrives in a fast-paced environment
