Develop automation solutions to make easier our colleague's professional life and improve customer experience.

You are responsible for

• Determines, based upon own understanding and technical knowledge, how best to approach the automation development.
• To analyze the available data to decide how to best carry out the assignment.
• To find creative solutions by involving data from multiple resources using Root Cause Analysis.
• To develop and introduce new solutions in shape of automation to improves existing processes.
• To initiate and run small improvement projects.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

• Enrolled student. Graduaction date must be Dec 2025 or later.
• Some software development skills, IT tools and experience of building software applications from initial specification to final deployment and acceptance will be a plus.
• Experience using database management systems including database design, development, andPower apps.
• Development knowledge using Microsoft Power Automate platforms and or UiPath is a plus.
• Problem-solving capability.
• Customer expectation management
• Fluent in english
• Portuguese is desirable
