Working Conditions:
Hybrid - Monday and Friday remote, Tuesday through Thursday in office
Works well balancing deadlines, unexpected roadblocks or delays, revisions, ad hoc requests, and changing priorities
Responsibilities:
Developing primarily digital communications for consumer acquisition
Email, social, web banners, and native app or website placements
Along with digital storytelling, web-design, design thinking, and concept development
Deliver high quality creative in a data backed, performance marketing environment. Closely collaborating with designers, developers, data science, and analytics teams
Understand business priorities, anticipating needs in your work
Participate in brainstorming sessions and recognize ideas that should go forward
Effectively tailor message and pitch concepts to a broad group of approvers and stakeholders
Expertise in email, mobile and digital design trends and best practices
Ability to multitask, conceptualize, create and work directly with other team members with strong creative problem-solving skills
Self editing experience and portfolio demonstrating short form creative copy.
Basic Qualifications:
At least 3 years of copywriting experience
At least 2 years of experience working in a cross functional environment
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or military experience
4+ years of copywriting experience
3+ years of experience working in a cross functional environment
3+ experience working on in house marketing
1+ years of experience in one or more of the following marketing areas: B2C, Experiential or direct response performance marketing
1+ years of experience in the financial services or medical industry
