Key Responsibilities:

• Understandingthe remittance process of each customer, identify gaps and suggest processimprovements to drive auto match hit rate with HRC and ERP systems.
• Driveproper remittance receipts with external customers
• Reviewand validate JIRA requests submitted by C2C meet application requirements andpost according.
• Day twocash – Run and review prior days cash UAC applications for remittances
• Driveauto and manual correspondences with customers for missing or out of balanceremittances
• Managethe cash receipt and allocation process within HRC and multiple manual ERPsystems
• Reviewand research HRC exceptions to apply out of balance remittances daily balancing of cash receipts against bank statement
• Customeraccount reconciliation researching misapplied cash
• Identifyand prepare intercompany trade transfers
• Internalexternal Auditing Requests correcting rejected payments
• Pro-activelyliaise with the Credit Analysts to ensure remittances are received
• Apply JIRA service requests

YOU MUST HAVE

• Bachelor’sdegree – accounting, finance, or general business major preferred.
• 1+ year experiencein Accounting within AP / AR experience
• Word & Excel intermediate - advanced level
• Advanced English Level
