Role expectations
  • Support the Territory Managers, Regional Managers, & Area Sales Director in annual iTero Targets working with business partners to develop strategies and initiatives designed efficiently and effectively hit sales targets.
  • Conduct phone calls, emails, & other forms of outreach to support doctors in learning more about iTero’s transformative clinical solutions and patient education tools.
  • Conduct virtual product overviews and demonstrations to help customer understand value proposition, capabilities, and buying opportunities
  • Develop sales opportunities for iTero Scanners and Services within new and existing accounts via outbound calling and email communications.
  • Identify, research, and analyze accounts; build rapport and understand Customer goals.
  • Understand account needs to help identify gaps and recommend training, technical resources, and support to ensure customers are well-equipped to go digital.
  • Effective attainment of assigned quota, business objectives, and assigned deadlines.
  • Resolve customer inquiries promptly and effectively in fast-paced, team environment.
What we're looking for
  • Education: BS or BA in relevant field preferred and/or equivalent experience
  • Experience: 2+ years of Inside Sales experience, or other relevant experience required
  • Skills: Oral & written communication; problem solving & multi-tasking; learning agility
  • Communication: Excellent presentation and communication skills
  • Teamwork: Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
