THE ROLE
We are looking for an experienced Product Manager with a strong emphasis on ecosystem integrations to collaborate with other product managers, product owners, engineers and other stakeholders across SAP Signavio, other SAP departments and technology partners. You will ensure that our SAP Signavio Process Transformation Suite offers best-in-class integrations with the wider SAP and partner ecosystem.

• You will create and drive the integration-centric product vision of SAP Signavio in combination with other SAP and partner offerings, define a well aligned roadmap and product backlog and therefore ensure successful execution and market success.
• You’ll work closely with our Product Marketing Managers and alongside our product, marketing, product management and sales teams to raise awareness for our ecosystem integrations and help to establish as well as measure the success of these connected products.
• You will do this in a productive and efficient manner and will be expected to work closely with customers and partners as well as a wide range of internal stakeholders across the SAP organizations to understand requirements for integrations
• To thrive in this role, you are someone who works well in teams, enjoys cross-functional collaborating, and appreciates the importance of communication and feedback.
• You have a solid background within the field of integration, APIs and combined offerings of solutions to the market, with relevant work experience on at least one SAP solution
• You’ll own and drive the integration, alignment and positioning of the SAP Signavio solutions and other SAP and partner products like SAP Enable Now and SAP Risk and Assurance
• You represent SAP Signavio’s ecosystem integrations during events and enablement sessions

What you'll do

• Define and drive a product strategy and roadmap for the SAP Signavio integration ecosystem with other SAP and non-SAP solutions
• Manage requirements and work closely with fellow product managers and engineering to drive required functionality in SAP Signavio products and other SAP solution areas in an aligned manner
• Be the go-to product expert for other internal teams, executives, sales, marketing, customers, and partners on the topic of SAP Signavio in combination with other SAP solutions
• Work on product definition and requirements gathering based on market/technology trends, customer and internal stakeholder feedback
• Translate business requirements to technical requirements and innovative solutions
• Be accountable for coordinating and fostering involved teams
• Act as a contact person for our existing SAP and partner integrations and drive upcoming ecosystem scenarios

What you'll bring

• 3-5 years of experience in B2B product management, preferably SAP solutions and/or software integrations
• Knowledge and solid understanding of the SAP portfolio with ability to integrate this knowledge into the product vision and roadmap on SAP Signavio
• Work in a matrix organization, lead initiatives across the company
• Expertise in converting complex requirements into concrete action items producing a delightful customer experience
• Ability to build a product vision and lead the execution of the vision, having an eye on the technology trends and products
• Experience in cloud-based SaaS applications and experience with software development lifecycle and integration technologies (e.g. APIs, event-driven architectures)
• You have shown that you take ownership of requests, apply strong problem-solving skills, and work both proactively and pragmatically to convert them into solutions
• Ability to work effectively under high pressure and work on many topics in parallel
• Strong interpersonal, communication and facilitation skills with ability to work effectively in an agile development environment in cross-cultural global team
• Excellent writing skills: presentations, white papers, solution papers & case studies
• Fluent English, German is a plus
• Subject matter expertise in Business Process Management and/or business transformations (e.g. SAP S/4HANA) is a plus
• Expertise with middleware technologies and Integration Platform as a Services (e.g. SAP Integration Suite) is a plus
