Job Description:

• Design visual materials and graphics for internal and external campaigns, ensuring alignment with Boston Scientific’s global branding standards.
• Support in the editing and production of videos, presentations, and audiovisual content.
• Generate graphic content for internal platforms including newsletters, internal social media, and our website.
• Provide creative input for marketing campaigns and assist in communicating key events, product launches, and other marketing events.
• Collaborate with the marketing team and stakeholders to execute communication strategies for endomarketing and employer branding.
• Manage and support logistical tasks such as vendor follow-ups, quotes and material delivery for corporate events and campaigns.
• Collaborate with all departments and business units to align internal messages with our purpose and culture
• Propose ideas for improving employee experience through digital and visual engagement.

Requirements:

• Advanced student in Graphic Design, Communications, Marketing, Advertising, or related fields
• Portfolio demonstrating visual design and video editing skills (academic or freelance projects welcome).
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Canva and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, After Effects).
• Proficient in of Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).
• English: Intermediate to Advanced (B1–B2 minimum).
