Key job responsibilities
In this role:
The SDE leads the development and maintenance of systems responsible for generating and deploying ACLs and VLAN information to network devices. These systems must ensure high availability, scalability, and performance to meet stringent SLAs for ACL freshness and effectiveness.
The SysDE collaborates closely with cross-functional teams to align on requirements, security guidelines, and best practices for ACL management and network security. They proactively identify and address technical debt, architectural limitations, and performance bottlenecks, proposing and implementing refactoring and optimization strategies to improve the systems' efficiency and maintainability.The SDE ensures robust monitoring, alerting, and troubleshooting mechanisms are in place for the ACL management systems.The SDE designs the complete solution stack and delivers through others.A day in the lifeMedical, Dental, and Vision Coverage

- 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
- 2+ years of non-internship design or architecture (design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems experience
- Experience programming with at least one software programming language

- 3+ years of full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations experience
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent
