Role and Responsibilities
- Short term demand planning management in consensus with product managers
- Coordinate internal sales forecast with key account managers
- Analyse channel inventory and sales status
- Support sales parties to fulfil customers’ request in all kinds of SCM related matters
- Keep daily contact with carrier (about in-bound & out-bound & etc.)
- Contact HQ to deliver subsidiary’s SCM issues and requests
- Analyse and monitor sales and forecast vs. target
- Monitor SCM KPI status and analyse issues and plans
- Coordinate between sales parties and order desk
- Daily/weekly tracking and reporting of sales and product supply status
- Coordination of sales execution plan setting and system submissions
- Hosting weekly SCM meetings with DA product- and key account managers
- Direct substitution of SCM related tasks in the CE division upon Line Manager’s request
Skills and Qualifications
- min. BA/BSc degree
- 3-5 years experience in the field of Supply Chain Management and/or Logistics preferably in Consumer Electronics
- Fluent verbal and written English and Korean language knowledge
- Advanced skills in ERP systems, SAP knowledge is an advantage
- Strong MS Office proficiency (Excel, Word, Power Point)
- Experience in administrative tasks related to Sales and Logistics
- Strong time management and ability to meet high level of expectations
- Cooperative and active work attitude
- Capable to work individually and as team member as well
- Customer satisfaction oriented
- Positive way of thinking
- Precise and organized way of working
