As a Senior SDET, you will take complete ownership of quality initiatives, drive innovation in test design, and mentor others to elevate the overall engineering standards

• Quickly onboard and contribute to Agile sprints through both manual and automated testing.
• Independently drive POCs for new tools, frameworks, or testing approaches and evaluate their impact.
• Apply creative testing techniques to uncover edge cases and ensure high-quality user experiences.
• Design and develop robust, maintainable, and scalable test automation frameworks using Python (PyTest, Selenium).
• Understand complex customer workflows and validate solutions accordingly.
• Integrate automation into CI/CD pipelines and maintain testing infrastructure.
• Stay ahead of the curve by evaluating emerging technologies and integrating best practices into the QA process.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and mentor other QA engineers on innovative testing strategies and automation skills.

• 5–8 years of hands-on experience as an SDET, preferably in product-based companies.
• Proven experience in designing POCs and driving innovative QA solutions .
• Strong coding skills in Python and experience with PyTest and Selenium .
• Hands-on experience in UI and API automation for web-based applications.
• Solid understanding of testing methodologies (manual and automation).
• Experience writing and maintaining detailed test plans, cases, and documentation
• Proficiency with CI/CD tools and integrating test automation into pipelines.
• Familiarity with Git , Bitbucket , and IDEs like PyCharm .
• Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities in cross-functional and Agile team
• Preferred Skills:
• Exposure to cloud technologies such as AWS or Azure .
• Experience in the Identity and Access Management (IAM) domain.
• Passion for innovation , automation at scale, and continuous quality improvement.
