Main responsibilities
- Assist in the planning and development of video content, including scripting, storyboarding, and scheduling
- Collaborate with team members in filming and editing video projects to ensure high production quality
- Support the maintenance and organization of digital video assets and footage for easy access by the team
- Ensure adherence to branding guidelines and maintain high-quality standards across all video content
- Create graphics and basic animations for media content, including videos and digital posters
- Aid in organizing and executing events that require video production support
Expected hard skills
- Basic proficiency in video editing tools, mainly Adobe Premiere Pro and Microsoft Clipchamp
- Good understanding of design principles, including typography, color theory, and composition
- Understanding of visual storytelling and principles of effective video production
Expected soft skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with team members
- Curious and being open to learning new skills and knowledge
- Proactive, self-motivated, and capable of working in a team
