Responsibilities:
- Support senior estimators for quantity takeoffs
- Assist in preparing detailed cost estimates for materials, labor, and equipment.
- Analyze project specifications, blueprints, and other documentation to identify cost factors.
- Conduct market research to gather pricing data for materials, vendors, and subcontractors.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, procurement, project management).
- Participate in meetings to understand project scope and requirements.
- Assist in creating reports and presentations to communicate cost analysis findings.
- Perform administrative tasks such as documentation and filing.
