Roles and responsibilities :
In this role, you will become intimate with the current systems, solutions and what SOPs are being used to handle the operational excellence, work with Software developments to onboard and sustain the front-line support (Tier-1), ability to provide automation ideas and also where possible automate the manual SOPs. Provide support on operational issues, define the processes / mechanisms for providing tier-1 support, identify and automate manual steps to improve the overall productivity and your ability to develop tools / scripts that will help automate the manual operational excellence steps is a big plus.Diverse Experiences

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- 4+ years of software development, or 4+ years of technical support experience
- Experience troubleshooting and debugging technical systems
- Experience in agile/scrum or related collaborative workflow
- Experience scripting in modern program languages and experience in Unix


PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Knowledge of distributed applications/enterprise applications
- Knowledge of UNIX/Linux operating system
- Experience analyzing and troubleshooting RESTful web API calls
