Description
  • Design, implement, and optimize core algorithms for multi-object tracking and identity fusion using Swift.
  • Collaborate to integrate and fine-tune models and algorithms.
  • Perform thorough unit testing and debugging to ensure the reliability and efficiency of the algorithms.
  • Continuously improve the performance and scalability of the underlying core system.
  • Be able to contribute in state estimation, filtering, computer vision, audio processing, computational geometry, and data association techniques.
  • Minimum Qualifications
    • 5+ years of professional software development experience in C++ and Python.
    • Excellent software engineering skills in complex, multi-language systems. Expertise in
    • C++ and Python, proficient understanding of algorithms and data structures.
    • Experience with computer vision and state estimation algorithms is required.
    • M.S. or PhD in Computer Science, or related areas and 5 years of relevant industry
    • experience OR Bachelor degree in Computer Science, or related areas and 7 years of relevant
    • industry experience.
    Preferred Qualifications
    • Experience with data processing under a secure computing environment to protect privacy
    • sensitive data is a plus.
    • Track record of technical leadership and/or project ownership.
    Pay & Benefits
    • At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $175,800 and $312,200, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.Note: Apple benefit, compensation and employee stock programs are subject to eligibility requirements and other terms of the applicable plan or program.
