Minimum qualifications:
Preferred qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience with software development in one or more programming languages (e.g., Python, C, C++, Java, JavaScript).
- 3 years of experience in a technical leadership role; overseeing projects, with 2 years of experience in a people management, supervision/team leadership role.
Preferred qualifications:
- 10 years of experience envisioning and building products, both early stage as well as mature products over many release cycles.
- 8 years of experience with engineering leadership and management, with a demonstrated ability to hire and build performing teams.
- Experience working with PMs and other stakeholders in understanding real-world data and analytics problems.
- Experience in Applied ML and partnering with experts to understand and apply the latest techniques in AI/ML.
