Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 10 years of experience leading negotiations or business development.
- Experience with Problem Management, Policy Analysis, Community Building, Policy Communication, Public Policy, Negotiation, and Government Relations.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in real estate development, evaluation, acquisition, construction, and site selection for industrial-scale projects.
- Experience with power transmission and distribution, telecommunications infrastructure, data center technology, industrial-class electrical and cooling technology, or other related technical areas.
- Experience managing utility agreements and energy-related issues. Experience in financial modeling and implementing clean energy initiatives.
- Experience in indirect taxes, economic development policy, infrastructure development, agreement drafting, and presentation development. Experience with data center real estate markets.
- Experience with cross-functional collaboration, influencing, community strategy, strategy development, process improvement, public policy, and stakeholder management.
- Ability to work in ambiguous, collaborative, and fast-moving environments.
