This position is based in Meta's EMEA Headquarters in Dublin.
Account Manager, Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of clients, with a focus on driving revenue and year-on-year growth.
  • Build and manage relationships with clients and develop a thorough understanding of their business objectives, goals and challenges by using data and insights to guide strategy and implementation of Meta solutions against client's marketing objectives.
  • Drive product and best-practice adoption across the portfolio.
  • Analyse data to identify trends to enhance our customer support processes and improve team efficiency.
  • Build mutually beneficial relationships with advertisers to grow their spend.
  • Effectively manage priorities and time in order to meet deadlines and administrative tasks.
  • Identify growth opportunities and trends in client verticals.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelors or Masters degree or equivalent experience.
  • Critical thinking, analytical skills with an entrepreneurial and proactive mind-set.
  • Ability to effectively prioritise tasks and manage time, even under high-pressure situations.
  • Articulate complex data stories, in simple language to customers via day to day communications and regular presentation.
  • Customer management experience.
  • Team working skills, ability to work in an international work environment with a passion for making an impact.
  • Communication and presentation skills.
  • Present key client issues in an effort to be the customer advocate within Meta.
  • Fluency English.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous experience in customer sales, account management sales support, agency account management or consulting.
  • Proficiency in Dutch language is highly desirable, but not essential.
