Process Overview

This role is part of Global Markets Operations and Middle office (GMOMO) – Transaction Reporting Operations

Responsibilities

•Deliver on project commitments and goals, on-time and with agreed upon scope.
•Manage deliveries for atleast 2 out of 3 workstreams and be first point of contact for external stakeholders.
•Ensure completion of UAT of sprint commitments and E2E UAT of projects on time and with agreed upon scope.

•Manage delivery of projects and initiatives UAT at global level
•Support UAT for regulatory reporting systems like Cirrus, Insight, GMI, and Ullink, which requires functional and automated regression testing.
•Deliver for business partners: FO, BO and Cirrus Development teams, MO change management teams, Regulatory Operations Control team, Business Analyst team, and senior management team.
•Create and maintain strong relationships with project stakeholders and partners.
•Perform thorough testing of sprint Jiras in a timely manner.
•This role, though an IC role, will have supervisory elements to it as well.
•Provide updates on test results, raise any risks, issues or failed test cases, and propose recommended solutions as needed.
•Develop detailed test cases that include positive, negative, and regression test cases. Clearly document test objectives, expected results, test trade details, and actual results.
•Document test cases and provide traceability back to business requirements.
•Review daily updates with the dev and control teams. Raise issues found during. Complete UAT with comprehensive test cases and accurate test results.
•Attend and contribute to UAT testing calls with development and various stakeholders.
•The candidate is expected to be responsible for deliveries across atleast 2 out of 3 product streams.
•She/he will also be expected to develop and implement tactical and strategic solutions in different areas of operations within team.
•Work with UK team leads on projects prioritization and team capacity utilization
•Also drive process improvement , operation excellence and other routines in the team.
•Contribute in test management and test automation streams as well.
•Be also able to perform test execution when required – especially validation.
This is a very hands on role, ideal for someone with drive and willingness to learn and adapt


Post graduation
10 - 12 Years of experience in Transaction Reporting or regulatory reporting experience with regulatory environment experience


Foundational Skills.

Basic understanding of the regulatory trade and transaction reporting landscape would be ideal

•Knowledge and experience with Global Markets regulations such as Dodd Frank, EMIR, and MiFID.
•Solid trade processing knowledge; front, middle and back office, (FO, MO, BO).
•Experience with FO trade booking systems (Rates, Credit, FX, Equities, and Commodities).
•Familiarity with counter party clearing: LCH. Clearnet (London Clearing House), Chicago Mercantile Exchange, Intercontinental Exchange (ICE), CBOE, OCC highly desirable.
•Strong analytical skills and experience working with large data sets in Excel.
•Excellent organizational skills to track many concurrent activities.
•Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
•Ability to work independently and assess relative priority among competing issues.

•Excellent communication and relationship building skills.
•Trade booking experience in test environment
•Hands on regarding OPEX, continuous improvement activites
•Any exposure to test automation.–12 30 PM - 09:30 PM IST (Should flexible to work in EMEA Hours)
