What you’ll be doing

• Partner with highly skilled cross-functional leadership & development teams to ensure a strong strategic direction for the Asset Store Infrastructure.
• Drive the Asset Store infrastructure modernization efforts, ensuring the next-generation architecture is designed for high observability, scale and flexibility to run high traffic sales and events.
• Collaborate with teams within the Marketplace & Ecosystem organization to promote common infrastructure practices across all teams, as well as with technical leaders from other business units, to create relationships and drive alignment on shared initiatives in order to achieve bigger and greater results.
• Oversee the operational health of deployed systems including documentation and service monitoring.
• Grow the Asset Store’s development team’s DevOps skill set through collaboration and mentoring.

What we’re looking for

• Highly experienced with DevOps concepts and tools such as Infrastructure as Code, Terraform & Kubernetes.
• Experience managing & monitoring cloud infrastructure of 24/7 high-traffic websites.
• Demonstrated ability to build for scale, reliability and observability in complex interconnected environments.
• Comfortable with modern front-end technologies such as Next.js, React, and back-end technologies such as Golang.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with successful experience aligning multiple teams and stakeholders to deliver complex solutions.

You might also have

• Experience migrating legacy systems to new platforms (content and processes).
• Experience building and running a high-traffic e-commerce infrastructure, using GCP
• Exposure to the Unity Ecosystem, digital marketplaces, and/or game development.
