As an Analytics Solutions Manager in the Analytics & Innovations team, supporting Change & Knowledge Management for CCB Operations, you will utilize data analytics and programming skills to assist and contribute to optimizing our processes, while offering valuable insights. This is a hands-on role so we’re looking for exceptionally creative, ambitious, "data curious" thinkers who can help extract true business value from the data. You will also mentor others in the team to solve complex problems and discover opportunities for our internal clients to self-serve information.

Job Responsibilities:

• Support & lead partnerships with key stakeholders to develop a strong understanding of business drivers, underlying data and processes.
• Prepare and deliver presentations summarizing sharp insights and conclusions, often for executives, leadership teams and business partners.
• Transform data, reporting, analysis into insight that improves the existing operational processes that impact thousands of front-line specialists.
• Develop reporting solutions that allows our stakeholders to make data driven decisions confidently.
• Develop roadmap of advanced analytics initiatives to support continuous improvement.
• Proactive investigation of issues and problems in both model building and post deployment; establish key performance indicators to measure effectiveness, over time.
• Operate with a risk and compliance mindset, ensuring governance measures are well understood and standards are met.
• High proficiency in building and maintaining solutions using Alteryx, SQL, Tableau and Python.

Required qualifications, skills, and capabilities:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in a quantitative discipline (Data Science/Analytics, Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, Engineering, Economics, Finance or related fields)
• 8+ years of experience in applying statistical methods to real world problems and at least three yrs using a combination of following analytical tools: Alteryx, Python, and Tableau
• Ability to leverage multiple data visualization techniques for effective story telling
• Clarity of thought and ability to deduce complex problems and offering solutions using a simple, efficient and relatable approach
• Demonstrated ability to think both independently and collaboratively to implement creative solutions that solve business problems, being diligent in the detail while maintaining focus on broader purpose and business priorities
• Knowledge of advanced statistical techniques, concepts or methodologies
• Prior experience in developing predictive models using Linear/logistic regression, clustering, random forest including statistical and data mining techniques such as Boosting, text mining, NLP, etc.

• Superior influencing skills, including ability to embrace opposing views and determining win-win solutions
