As a Quality Specialist II you will serve as a Quality representative to improve awareness, visibility, and communication on quality initiatives to support quality goals and priorities. Collaborates with Operations and Quality team members to help implement documentation changes and process improvements. Helps develop, establish and maintain quality methodologies, systems and practices which meet BSC, customer and regulatory requirements. Provide compliance guidance and support for operational systems/services. May mentor cross-functional stakeholders on implementing Quality processes and procedures as appropriate.


Your responsibilities will include:

  • Support the development/enhancement of product data quality systems.
  • Support data management activities.
  • Support compliance analysis and metrics.
  • Participates in projects supporting pillars within the organization.
  • Participates on CAPA teams.
  • Procedure management including documentation control system processing.
  • Other duties as necessary or required by the department or organization.
  • In all actions, demonstrates a primary commitment to patient safety and quality by maintaining compliance to the Quality Policy and all other documented quality processes and procedures.


Required qualifications:

  • Minimum of a bachelor's degree
  • Minimum of 3 years of work experience, including the ability to read, analyze, and report data, as well as actively engage with divisional and regional resources.
  • Microsoft Office Suite skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience with SAP, Windchill and/or similar software systems.
  • Understanding of data management / information management.
  • Experience with procedure management.
  • Experience with documentation control systems or equivalent software systems.
  • Technical writing and editing skills.

Maximum Salary: $ 125600

Compensation fornon-exempt (hourly), non-sales rolesmay also include variable compensation from time to time (e.g., any overtime and shift differential) and annual bonus target (subject to plan eligibility and other requirements).
