WHAT YOU BRING
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in combined footwear manufacturing and technical capability.
Bachelor’s Degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
Basic knowledge of lasts, footwear patterns, tooling, chemical engineering, manufacturing processes and various footwear constructions.
Demonstrate basic knowledge of footwear manufacturing machinery, understanding of material properties, test methods, applications, proficiency in interpreting technical drawings, sketches and digital files in 2D/3D.
Ability to multi-task, prioritize workload and critical thinking and analytical skills.
Ability to communicate (both written and spoken in English) proficiently with multiple stakeholders with positive energy.
Ability to drive and coach teams with courage, and influence on mastering the fundamentals.
