Handle daily production escalation. Provide strong technical support to production team to resolve issues and ensure meeting planned shipment schedule.
Solve complex system interaction issues on an advanced optical interferometer tool
Dispose non-conformance products and work closely with supplier on the quality and process continuous improvement.
Response to failure analysis and provide comprehensive analysis report to field support team or customers. Provide and implement the corrective action to fix the problem in systematic way.
Work with material team on the product cost reduction, EOL component replacement, relocation of manufacturing site, and any engineering support needed from them.
Understand Manufacturing process and propose/create tooling to improve quality and cycle time
Creating ECO (Engineering Change Orders), Structuring BOMs and creating test and assembly documentation as needed
Develop product specifications using the appropriate statistical methods and modeling.
Involve in product development through release and will be expected to champion his/her technical solution.
Provide feedback on design changes by working closely with Development Engineering teams (M.E., E.E., and S/W Eng.) and creating ECO and documentation as needed
Reviewing marketing requirements, develop system critical design specifications and design test methods.
Requirements
Bachelor / Master's / Ph.D in / Electronics / Electrical / Systems / Computer Engineering, preferably between 3 - 10 years of relevant work experience
Entry level graduates with Master's Degree and above with strong and relevant academic knowledge are welcomed
Min. 3 years of experience in System level troubleshooting
Experience withFizeau/Interferometrysystems, JMP analysis, vibration dampening and motion control systems analysis are advantageous
Possess strong troubleshooting and analytical skills to support technical issues, set-up experiments, and perform data analysis
In-depth understanding of optical, mechanical, electrical, and software components involved in the design and development of optical-based, semiconductor inspection equipment or equivalent is a plus
Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills to support technical issues, set-up experiments, and perform data analysis
Ability to read technical drawings, understand BOMs, and use a variety of precision testing and measuring Instruments
Excellent project management, problem solving and interpersonal skills
A self-driven individual with keen technical mind, positive attitude and strong team player
Expected to travel internationally up to 25% of the time
