What you'll do

As an Application Management Specialist (AMS), you’ll be responsible for assessing both technical and functional issues and developing system solutions for the deployment and ongoing support of SAP Ariba cloud products and solutions.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Providing expert functional and technical assistance, addressing maintenance, troubleshooting, and customization requests for Ariba cloud solutions.
• Assessing customer systems to assist in configuration and design custom integration solutions for connecting Ariba with various ERP systems.
• Managing multiple customer projects, effectively handling customer expectations, and supporting system optimization and performance.
• Defining detailed development blueprints, advising customers throughout engagements, and taking on project management responsibilities as needed.
• Leading escalation resolutions, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving seamless project execution across customer engagements.

What you bring

To excel in this role, you’ll need:

• A minimum of 5 years of professional experience, with at least 2 years in a consultant role.
• Expertise in one core area of SAP Ariba technology and a solid understanding of at least one additional area.
• Hands-on experience with SAP ERP (ECC or S4/HANA) and related technologies.
• Demonstrated capability to manage technical planning and deployment throughout the full project lifecycle.
• A strong background in supporting customer production environments and resolving production tickets across multiple deployments.
• Consulting experience with SAP Ariba cloud solutions and proven ability to handle escalation projects successfully.
