� Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field. � Proven track record of 12+ years in software development, with extensive hands-on experience in developing and deploying various deep learning and large language model (LLM) models on PyTorch. � Solid understanding of AI frameworks, with a focus on PyTorch. Experience with TensorFlow is a plus, but not a primary requirement. � Good understanding of the complete AI Software stack and familiarity with AI hardware acceleration technologies. � Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C++, or Java. � Proven experience in technical support, project management, and stakeholder management. � Strong understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies. � Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues. � Excellent communication skills to articulate complex technical concepts to stakeholders. � Experience with JIRA or similar issue-tracking and project management tools. � Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interface effectively with customers, support teams, and RnD. � Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. � Experience in customer-facing roles and the ability to manage customer expectations effectively. � Familiarity with Intel and Habana products is a plus.The successful candidate will be a critical link between our customers and our technical teams, ensuring that customer needs are met with advanced technical support and that our products continue to evolve in response to customer feedback.
