Background in organizational development, talent management, HR strategy, or related fields.
Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with credibility in working with senior leaders.
Demonstrated ability to thrive in complexity balancing big-picture strategy with hands-on execution.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to use data and insights to shape strategies.
Ability to operate effectively in novel or ambiguous spaces

The US national annual pay range for this role is $100,500 to $173,250
