Your initial priority will be to support the design and implementation of our skills-based organization framework. This includes defining career pathways, embedding skills into our talent strategy, and ensuring career development opportunities are transparent, equitable, and aligned with organizational needs.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop talent and performance programs that align with business objectives, creating a blueprint for development, delivery and go-to-market that addresses specific talent management or development needs.
  • Collaborate with multiple cross-functional teams to assess talent management and development needs and design effective programs that enhance employee experience and organizational performance.
  • Evaluate program effectiveness using feedback and performance metrics, recommending improvements to enhance talent management and development outcomes.
  • Translate talent and performance program needs and objectives into specific milestones and goals to deliver key talent initiatives for the business.
  • Analyze talent data and insights to identify performance trends and gaps; implement solutions to enhance employee and manager capabilities and experiences.

Expected Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 8 years of relevant work experience and a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Additional Responsibilities

  • Partner with senior leaders across People & Places and the business to translate organizational needs into talent and career strategies, and build alignment to ensure scalable, data-driven solutions.

  • Apply systems thinking to connect talent initiatives across the enterprise, ensuring strategies are integrated, forward-looking, and sustainable.

  • Act as a trusted advisor and thought partner to senior leaders on employee success and career pathways, representing the voice of employees in organizational development conversations.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Background in organizational development, talent management, HR strategy, or related fields.

  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with credibility in working with senior leaders.

  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in complexity balancing big-picture strategy with hands-on execution.

  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to use data and insights to shape strategies.

  • Ability to operate effectively in novel or ambiguous spaces

The total compensation for this practice may include an annual performance bonus (or other incentive compensation, as applicable), equity, and medical, dental, vision, and other benefits. For more information, visit .

The US national annual pay range for this role is $100,500 to $173,250
