WHAT YOU WILL DO:

As a member of Document Control Team in Singapore, you will be able to learn good documentation practices and how to ensure all data and records we generate are in compliance with the data integrity or ALCOA principles, meeting stringent requirement imposed by regulatory agencies and authorities around the world.

The Document Administrator key responsibilities are as follows:

• Member in decommissioning project.

• Identify documents related to equipment undergoing decommissioning.

• Isolate identified documents.

• Pack into carton box and prepare for shipment.

• Perform necessary transactions in Document management system.

• Perform disposal of documents as per Document Retention policy.

• Perform other archival and retrieval of documents.

• Support initiatives to improve straight through documentation.

• Participates in continuous improvement proposals of the department, especially supporting Right First Time (RFT) documents.

WHAT YOU MUST HAVE

• Current study in Diploma or bachelor’s degree in a technical field, preferably in a science or engineering.

• Demonstrated capability in application of sound engineering and scientific principles, project management skills and structured/analytical problem-solving techniques

• An excellent team player who is able to readily take on responsibilities and work independently

• Strong interest in working in a engineering and operational environment

• Excellent communication and facilitation skills

• Have a positive, proactive, can-do attitude

• Keen to learn

• Good team player

• Strong problem-solving skills
