Job Description

  • Installation and Warranty support
  • Field service activities associated with troubleshooting, diagnostic and repairing highly complex SPTS equipment at customer wafer fab facility.
  • Resolve installation / upgrading problems.
  • Coordinate equipment schedule to minimize system downtime.
  • Generate a close working relationship with the customer
  • Timely report field activities
  • Prepare field service reports on customer support activity and provides documentation to other supporting functions on re-occurring problems

Minimum Qualifications

  • 2+ years experience within the semiconductor field or other capital equipment
  • Degree in Engineering/Science
  • Self-motivated and can work independently
  • Working in multi-disciplinary environment
  • Ability to work overtime and travel at short notice
  • PVD or ETCH or PECVD experience is required
  • Proficiency in English (speaking and writing)
