About the role
This position is to be based in Paris, Île-de-France and Hauts-de-France.
Availability to travel within the assigned territory required for at least 60-65%.
Your responsibilities will include:
Therapy Development & Strategic Support
Serve as the clinical expert for Watchman therapy during procedures.
Deliver in-depth product and procedure training to medical staff and internal sales teams.
Build and grow referral networks to drive patient flow.
Support strategic partnerships and collaborate with KOLs to develop Watchman-specific advocates.
Account & Territory Planning
Contribute to segmentation and targeting using market data and account behavior.
Validate account nominations and ensure business cases align with therapy value and pricing integrity.
Collaborate with the New Cardiology Account Manager (NCAM) to identify Watchman opportunities that support core business growth.
Sales Execution
Support sales engagements and proctoring activities in collaboration with the Account Manager.
Achieve Watchman sales targets and contribute to core product sales via pull-through strategies.
Provide input on tenders, commercial offers, and technical documentation.
Training & Clinical Support
Plan and deliver structured training programs and in-procedure support.
Ensure safe and compliant use of the Watchman device.
Manage inventory, complaints, and cath lab logistics related to therapy support.
Reporting & Collaboration
Prepare quarterly business reviews (QBRs) and weekly planning (WAP/WAR).
Maintain communication with Cluster Therapy Lead and Account Managers.
Use internal tools and systems to track activities and ensure compliance.

Balances sales goals with long-term therapy value and compliance.
Demonstrates strategic use of internal resources for training, support, and education.
Qualifications & Experience
Proven experience in medical device, cardiology, or structural heart therapy.
Strong understanding of clinical environments (Cath Lab, EP, Interventional Cardiology).
Demonstrated ability to train and support healthcare professionals.
Strategic account development and/or sales collaboration experience.
