- Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience in UX Design.
- 3 years of experience leading design projects and managing people or teams.

Preferred qualifications:
- Experience working in Trust and Safety on online safety Issues for consumer products, Child safety issue, Identity (Online Safety space).
- Experience designing internal tooling or other enterprise software products.
- Experience managing teams across multiple locations and time-zones, and leading small teams of designers working towards a common goal.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and analytical skills, with the ability to communicate interaction concepts clearly and persuasively to different audiences across organizational levels.
