We're seeking a dynamic leader to join in our Brisbane, Melbourne or Sydney office. As a key member of our team, you will:
- Work alongside colleagues who specialise in plant and equipment valuation and advisory services, delivering expert advice and insights across the Asia-Pacific region.
- Conduct comprehensive asset management assessments, offering crucial intelligence to clients in capital-intensive industries, helping them understand and uplift the value of their asset portfolios.
- Play a pivotal role in strategic decision-making processes, especially during high-stakes transactions and transformation programs, to guide clients through various asset related decisions for various purposes.
- Be a growth catalyst by forging strong relationships with new and existing clients, leading talented project teams, and ensuring exceptional customer experiences during engagements.
Your key responsibilities

- A passion and in-depth knowledge in all things plant and equipment, including asset management best practice and asset lifecycle planning.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple and complex engagements, with strong influencing skills to pull the right levers to drive the best outcomes.
- Excellent client facing skills with the confidence to lead client meetings, build a network and grow accounts.
- Ability to succinctly and clearly communicate complex concepts to clients.
- Ability to lead and mentor our staff, as well as being a strong team player.
- Enthusiasm and a strong drive to succeed.
Skills and attributes for success
- A relevant tertiary qualification is highly desirable. Suitable fields of study include Engineering, Data Science or Mathematics, Physics, Property and Construction, Commerce, or Finance.
- Training or certification qualifications in asset management (e.g. CAAM, CPAM, CAMA, or similar) will be highly regarded.
- Prior experience in asset management or capital planning roles, or property, business or plant and equipment strategy positions is favoured but not essential, as is a familiarity with IVS, AMAF or ISO 55000 suite of standards.
