Workday IT Analyst

Key Responsibilities

• Support workday environments

• Problem analysis, determination and resolution

• Incident, Service Request, Change and problem management

• Developing and maintaining operational support documentation

• Design, develop, test, deploy, support, enhance back-end integration solutions seamlessly to connect company enterprise systems.

• Develop Workday integrations between new or existing systems, and working knowledge of Middleware application.

• Develop Workday custom reports and enhancements.

• Develop and document SOPs, requirements, technical, functional and non-functional specifications, and implement solutions.

• Document end to end business processes supported by technical configuration.

• Analyse and recommend continued process improvements, implementation best practices and system enhancements to support customers,business strategiesand operational needs including proactive review ofexisting implementationsagainst industry best practices.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders, project team, other teams to better support and optimize our HR business processes

• Manage internal customer relationships and champion the employee and business stakeholder experience

• Provide appropriate updates, reviews with users/stakeholders, partners and senior management

• Oncall support for critical issues

You're the right fit if:

• 5 + years of experience in Workday Integration (CCW, PECHI, EIB, DT, API’s)

• Good exposure of Studio (XSLT, Message Que )

• Integration security

• Reporting (RaaS)

• HCM and Payroll integration domain knowledge

• Proficiency in multiple integration areas: Workday Studio, Connectors, EIBs/iLoad solutions

• Complex reporting (calculated fields, Workday object model)

• Workday HCM functional

• Prior experience with support, requirements gathering, integration design, testing and deployment

• Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment

• Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills

• Working knowledge of at least one of the following business areas: Human Resources, Benefits, Payroll, Financials, Integrations, Talent Management

• DevOps environment

• ITIL and Service Now knowledge

• Ability to work in Agile and hybrid delivery models
