As a Business Access Oversight Manager in Business Banking, this role will be working to streamline and improve processes related to operational Access Management Oversight. You will lead a team of subject matter experts and be responsible for ensuring Business Banking employees have appropriate access. You will work to implement initiatives that result in improved risk mitigation and controls around access management. You will support functions within Business Banking as a whole, to ensure compliance with firmwide policy and standards while mitigating risks aligned with excessive access.

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage a team of employees and develop skills to ensure collaborative working relationships, employees maintain a high level of expertise, and professional disposition
  • Ensure processes and procedures are followed to identify, monitor, and mitigate risks for employee access
  • Partner with AMG, Technology, and Business to resolve identified access issues in a timely and consistent manner.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on access to educate and ensure Access aligns to business functions
  • Work with key partners to identify Access Entitlements and ensure it is well-documented as to its meaning, purpose, and limiting access to need to know.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Strong communication skills verbal and written with the ability to articulate to all levels of management
  • Experience in managing a team of employees to ensure projects are managed and tasks delegated appropriately to employees
  • Execute process and procedures to ensure compliance to Identity and Access Management
  • Ability to work independently, as well as in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
  • Ability to execute job duties while working on additional assignments and initiatives across Business Banking.
  • Experience with access management and access controls
  • Experience as an Information Owner

Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or Systems, or equivalent work/training experience
  • SME Experience and knowledge with Access Management Group, Technology Access and Identity management
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office tools, including: SharePoint, Excel (e.g., pivot tables, macros, etc.), Word, and PowerPoint
  • Information Owner experience/knowledge
