Develop and implement a comprehensive creative strategy aligned with business objectives.
Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of designers and other creative professionals.
Oversee the creation of all visual and written content, ensuring it is on-brand and of the highest quality.
Brand Management:
Direct and steward our brand’s visual identity, design, and tone of voice to ensure cohesiveness across all customer touchpoints, marketing materials, and internal communication.
Providing visual creative and conceptual direction for digital, including our website, video, collateral, email outreach, social media, advertising, swag, and more.
Conduct regular brand audits to ensure alignment with market trends and company goals.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns by overseeing the production of of digital, print, and multimedia assets.
Project Management:
Coordinate with internal stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliver creative solutions that meet business needs.
Manage the end-to-end creative process, from concept to delivery, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
Implement efficient workflows and processes to optimize team productivity and project outcomes.
Collaboration & Communication:
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Product, Engineering, GTM, and executive leadership, to align creative efforts with business priorities.
Present creative concepts and campaign results to stakeholders, incorporating feedback to refine and optimize strategies.
Market Insights & Innovation:
Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to inform creative strategies.
Foster a culture of innovation within the creative team, encouraging experimentation and new ideas.
QUALIFICATIONS
8+ years of experience in a creative leadership role, preferably within the B2B technology sector.
Proven track record of developing and executing successful brand and creative strategies.
Strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative work and successful campaigns.
Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
Proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) and familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms.
Strong collaborator and easy to work with across time-zones
Ability to think strategically and translate business goals into effective creative solutions.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to leverage data to drive decision-making.
Self-starter with the ability to work independently, prioritize and get things done.
