As a Technical Program Manager II, you will have end-to-end accountability for delivery of projects and programs. You will lead strategic and complex programs from planning to sustainment, while reporting program benefits to key stakeholders.

As a Technical Program Manager II, you will be responsible for:

• Managing complex, cross-functional multi-year projects and programs
• Managing stakeholder engagement and expectations
• Presenting and reporting to all levels of the business from team members to executives
• Identifying risks and issues, demonstrating proactive problem solving in complex environments
• Defining detailed program / project plans and ensure team members are accountable for their activities
• Adopting best-practice guidelines and implement continuous improvements to PMO processes

Do what you love

To be successful in this role you will:

• Have 5 years of relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree in business management or its equivalent
• Have professional experience as a Program Manager, Business Analyst, or Consultant
• Have experience with implementing SaaS based applications and managing system implementation providers
• Be able to work effectively across a wide range of constituencies in a diverse corporate and client environment
