Specific responsibilities include:

• Serve as a businesspartner and strategic adviser to the President and to other members of theleadership team. Provide analytical insight and perspective to criticalbusiness matters to drive profitable growth with strong focus on commercialfinance.
• Contribute actively tothe evolution and execution of strategic business plans, organic growth, andbusiness development strategies across the portfolio.
• Partner with thePresident, TICA to monitor and manage operating reviews, budget and forecastreviews, financial reporting and other commercial finance duties as required.
• Take ownership of theMOS for measuring performance in terms of revenue, profitability, functionalspend, accounts receivable/past dues, backlog & orders and commercialfinance KPIs.
• Drive managementreporting, financial planning, and budgeting processes within the region.
• Manage the strategic andannual planning process for the TICA region, working with leadership to ensurequality of strategic plans and alignment with business priorities.
• Drivecommercial finance analytics so that business decisions throughout theorganization are informed by analytical insight while improving theorganization’s ability to leverage and manage data. Develop standardized datasets to improve business measurement, business planning, performance managementand reporting and forecasting accuracy.
• Prepare presentations asrequested by the President or other members of the leadership team (includingmonthly MORs, Quarterly Earnings, AOP / STRAP reviews, regional businessreviews, profitability analysis, ad-hoc requests, etc.).
• Own digital finance& finance transformation initiatives, and drive adoption across the region.
• Analyze financial data,market trends, and business performance to identify risks, opportunities, andareas for improvement.
• Actively collaboratewith operating business unit heads and their teams to drive growth and valuecreation.
• Work closely withcommercial finance teams on routine and ad-hoc requests and ensure ReportingMOS is followed across the region.
• Ensure the propriety ofinternal controls are consistent with Honeywell Finance Policy, implementcompliance with internal audit recommendations and company internal controlrequirements, working with external auditors as needed.
• Partner with key financefunctions such as Tax, Controller and Treasury.

You must have:

• Bachelor’sDegree in Finance or relevant fields
• An MBA, CA(SA), CIMA orother similar advanced degree is preferred.
• Aminimum of 12 (twelve) years of experience within the Finance function, mainlymanagement reporting, commercial finance and Financial Planning & Analysis.

• Excellentlevel of written and verbal communication skills; fluency in English is a must
