Roles and Responsibilities
- Responsible for timely and accurate operations around shipping
- Shipping items in Oracle system/Material transactions
- Register shipments by freight forwarder
- Continuous communication with global transportation teams
- Internal warehouse/logistics related document update
- Ensure Trade Compliance including bonded factory and AEO program policy
- Work with global teams on global initiatives
- Achieve excellent results in delivery KPI and LEAN activity
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Materials or Supply Chain Management
- operations experience in logistics including export, inventory management
- Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional, global team environment
- Excellent interpersonal skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Strong oral and written English communication skills
- Solid communication and analytical skills, including experience with communicating with others from different counties and cultures.
- Experience working in a compliant supply chain
