EY Internal Communications Engagement - Marketing Executive

We are looking for a highly motivated, results-driven individual with an ability to oversee Internal Communications and Engagement. This role requires a creative and energetic individual who can work well in a team environment and manage multiple projects independently. Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills are essential, along with proven end-to-end project management experience.

Your key responsibilities

Key responsibilities include:

  • Develop and implement internal communication strategies to enhance employee engagement and promote EY's culture and values through effective communication initiatives.
  • Create and oversee newsletters, announcements, and interactive platforms that foster a strong sense of community among employees.
  • Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of events, ensuring seamless and timely delivery.
  • Oversee logistics for various employee events and wellness initiatives, ensuring all details are meticulously handled.
  • Manage all aspects of event logistics, including venue selection, vendor negotiations, and budget management.
  • Develop and disseminate communication materials across multiple channels, including external newsletters, campaigns, and social media content.
  • Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and support for communication initiatives.
  • Assess the impact of communication strategies and events, providing insights for continuous improvement.

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize conflicting workloads and support multiple projects.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Excellent leadership, influencing, and consensus-building skills.
  • Collaborative team player with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Good commercial acumen and understanding of marketing principles.

To qualify for the role you must have

  • A degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Studies, or a related field with a minimum CGPA of 3.00.
  • 2-3 years of experience in internal communications, employee engagement, and event management.
  • Strong project planning and management capabilities.
  • Excellent communication skills, including writing and editing for marketing collateral.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
